①Since the arrival of the first repatriation ship, the "Unzen Maru," on October 7, 1945, Maizuru, a town that warmly welcomed 660,000 repatriates over a period of 13 years, reflects on the experiences of Siberian internment and post-war repatriation, learning about the preciousness of peace and offering prayers.

②Participants will hear from a temple's head priest about world peace and reflect on peace from a Buddhist perspective, pondering questions such as "What is peace?" and "What can I do for peace?"
