Making the best of Kyoto's ingredients

After a talk on the history of Kyoto cuisine, we will make Kyoto-style dishes and Obanzai (Kyoto home cooking) using Kyoto vegetables, yuba (tofu skin), fresh fu (wheat gluten) and many other ingredients.
