Cooking Local Kyoto Dishes with Fresh Ingredients

Using Kyoto's renowned produce, we'll prepare local dishes together. Learn the basics of Kyoto cuisine such as making dashi (stock) and cutting vegetables, and enjoy the meal right after cooking. This experience also emphasizes the importance of minimizing food waste by using available ingredients efficiently, with the help of local grocers who provide vegetables that might otherwise go unsold, contributing to the understanding of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

1. ¥5,500 per person (including ingredient costs)
Basic Japanese meal with one soup and three side dishes.

2. ¥3,850 per person (including ingredient costs)
Includes rice balls, one side dish, and soup.
